Amanda Lehner (AKA AL) began her career in NYC working in marketing at L’Oreal, where she spent several years growing global brands including Redken, Pureology and The Body Shop.

She left the city for sunny LA, where she discovered her passion for startups, building brands such as Estee Lauder’s GLAMGLOW, Vital Proteins and Therabody by crafting disruptive, innovative social media, influencer marketing and PR campaigns.

Now, she’s harnessed her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to launch ALMC to help you do marketing – differently.
